All the notifications and communications (henceforth, the "Notifications") on the part of the User to the BUSINESS will be considered efficient, to all the effects, when they are directed to the Customer Service in some of the following forms:

All the Notifications on the part of the BUSINESS to the User will be considered efficient, to all the effects, when carried out of some of the following ways: 

(a) shipment by postal mail to the residence of the User, when this has been previously placed in knowledge of the BUSINESS;
(b) Sending of e-mail to any of the mailboxes that the User disposes or can dispose as part of any other service that the BUSINESS lends to the User or, in its defect, the one that  the user indicates to such end;
(c) Communication through a phone call to the phone number of the User, when this has been previously placed in knowledge of the BUSINESS;
(d) by means of emerging messages sent during the provision of the Services on the part of the BUSINESS to the User. 
In this sense, all the Notifications performed by the BUSINESS to the User will be considered validly performed, if they have been carried out employing the data, and through the media previously indicated.  To these effects, the User declares that all the data facilitated by him/her are certain and correct, and compromises to communicate all the changes  relating to the data of notification to the BUSINESS.
