4. NO LICENCE
All marks, commercial names or distinctive signs of any class that appear in the Portal are property of the BUSINESS or of third parties, with no possibility of being understood that the use or access to the Portal and/or to the contents or services, attributes the User the right over the cited marks, commercial names and/or distinctive signs.
Likewise, the Contents are intellectual property of the BUSINESS or third parties, with no possibility of the rights being understood to be yielded to the User - in virtue of what is established in this Legal Notice -, none of the rights of exploitation that exist or can exist in relation to the mentioned Contents, beyond what is strictly necessary for the correct use or access to the Portal, or to the services that through the same one are lent. Because of all of this, the exploitation rights exercised by the Users relating to the goods available through the Portal will be submitted, in each case, to the particular conditions that the parts negotiate, although diverse models of contracting proposed to such end exist in the Portal.
