Purchase Process at Violet Lounge - 2007/03/13 20:56
In view of the many emails received in relation to this subject, we have decided to offer this informative message.
The first thing to bear in mind is that, to purchase, it is essential to register or log-in before choosing the desired product/s and proceeding with the purchase.
In case of not doing so, the system will return an error and it will not be possible to complete a successful purchase process.
So, the first step is to be logged-in, and secondly to select the product/s desired, which we will see reflected in the shopping cart of the top right corner of the Portal.
Finally, once the desired product/s are selected, we will proceed to the checkout, where we will choose a shipment method, and after that a payment method.
It has to be taken into account that the option Download (option with shipment cost of 0 €) must only be selected when the purchase fulfills the following requirements:
* Purchase of images or other digital files that are wished to be downloaded directly to your computer, without the client's wish to obtain a physical copy of the same.
* Purchases of products that will be delivered in hand (only for local purchases). This option will only apply when it has been previously agreed with Violet Lounge.
* Purchase of products in which carriage costs will be paid that are not listed in the shipment methods offered in the purchase process and that have been previously agreed with Violet Lounge. In these cases, this transport will be paid separately via bank transfer or direct bank deposit, stating the reference number of the order.
For purchases of several products with different shipment methods, we kindly request to do two or more separate purchases, grouped into the same desired shipment method. That is, direct downloads in one purchase, purchases with shipments via Certified Mail together, shipments via transport agency in one same purchase, etc.
In any case, we kindly ask customers to bear in mind that the shipment will be only be processed once Violet Lounge has received and checked the payment for the chosen products.
